My story

I should introduce myself. My name is Oliver but my friends call me Ollie or “little man” and describe me as an enthusiastic pup with a zest for life and charm to boot. How would I describe myself? I believe with every fiber of my being that strangers are just friends you have yet to make. That even if you don’t think you want to be my friend it is just because you haven’t gotten to know me. Rest assured I will keep trying to win you over……no matter how long it takes or how many opportunities you need. What is the saying ‘hope springs eternal?". I believe life is like a chew toy, sink your teeth into it and keep chewing until there is nothing left. That every morning you should wake up with just one goal, to love recklessly with all your heart……which is why you should not be surprised if you lean down to pet me and you end up with a face full of kisses….what can I say I am known to be a bit of an “over greeter”. Don’t worry, if kisses aren’t your thing, I am a world class snuggler. My dream home would be one where I get to spend lots of time with you. In fact if you wanted to spend every spare second together, that would be fine with me. Given that my love extends to other pups; plenty of dog time, whether with a furry sibling or playing with other pups in the neighborhood, would be the treats in my Kong. It would help satisfy my need to be social and burn off some energy. Throw in a home with lots of sun for sunbathing, and that would be as close to perfect as I could imagine. If you are looking for an energetic companion, someone you can cuddle with and who will keep you entertained, and if you believe personal space is overrated, you enjoy being showered with kisses…..and hate to go to the bathroom alone, and if you believe, as I do, that an empty lap is one of the saddest things in the world, you just might be my perfect match!
