My name is Howie and I am one independent boy who loves to play!  I have beautiful tabby markings and big eyes and will beg for the food you are eating!  I'm getting better at not stealing food from my foster mom's plate.  I do love to snuggle, am good with kids and other cats and will make you the best friend ever!
