With his adorable underbite, expressive eyes, and goofy grin, Billy might look like a cartoon sidekick — but don’t be fooled. He’s as smart as he is sweet, and he’s been patiently waiting for his forever family since January.   Billy is a 3- to 4-year-old pit bull/Australian cattle dog/Boxer mix with a heart of gold and just the right amount of lovable dork energy. He’s fully house-trained, crate-trained, great with kids, cats, and other dogs — though he prefers to enjoy his meals solo. (Can’t blame a guy for wanting to savor his kibble in peace.)   Looking for a patio companion? Adventure buddy? Snuggle partner? Training rockstar? Billy is all of the above. He learns new things lightning-fast and would thrive with someone who wants to explore a little training or sport work. Or just throw a tennis ball. He’s not picky.   Billy is a perfect gentleman.
