My story

Meet Inky! This little wallflower is looking for a kind and understanding human to help him blossom into the house cat he was always meant to be! Brought to our shelter from a hoarding house with over 100 cats, this shy boy is having a hard time adjusting to life here. He is looking for that patient and gentle person who is willing to take the time and give him the space he needs to bring him out of his shell. In the little time that we`ve gotten to known Inky we`ve learned that he is a curious little dude, who loves watching people, birds, and the pups walk by from his little hidey hole. And he loves string toys, even if he`s just a little too scared to play his heart out right now. We believe Inky would do best in a quieter, more low-traffic home. Loud noises and quick movements can spook him quite easily, so his ideal house would be zen-garden serene. Inky has lived with other cats, and we believe he shows potential to do well in a multi-cat household. Here at the shelter Inky is hanging with a few of his friends and we think that their presence helps him feel safer being around the staff here. However, we still recommend slowly introducing him to any new feline family members. With a slow introduction you can be sure Inky is comfortable and feeling safe adjusting to the presence of his new friends!Looking to build a once in a lifetime bond with a sweet and sensitive cat? Stop by and meet Inky today, or call (330) 487-0333 ext. 803!

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Inky, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
