Meet Mojo Jojo!Surrendered due to medical concerns, now ready for a fresh start.Mojo Jojo is a 2-year-old small mixed breed with a big personality packed into his 18-pound frame. Originally adopted from us at an event, Mojo Jojo was returned after his adopter struggled to manage some mild appetite issues. He's since been evaluated by our medical team, is eating well, and is ready to find a home that understands small dogs with big feelings.🏡 My Ideal HomeMojo Jojo is described as very playful, affectionate, and happiest when he's near his people. He'll thrive in a home that provides routine, exercise, and continued training to help him channel his energy. He'd benefit from adopters who understand that even little dogs need structure and enrichment.👶 Good with Kids?Mojo Jojo is recommended for a home without young children under 5 due to occasional tension around toys. Older, respectful kids may be fine after a proper introduction.🐕 Good with Other Dogs?He's been friendly toward unfamiliar dogs, but his previous owner reported some leash reactivity-especially toward other dogs and people, likely out of excitement. With slow introductions and positive reinforcement, he may do well with another calm, tolerant pup or as your one-and-only.🦮 Leash MannersMojo Jojo walks politely on leash but may get overexcited and lunge when he sees other dogs or people. A front-clip harness and reward-based training will go a long way in helping him stay focused.🩺 Overall HealthMojo Jojo is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and on preventives. He was slightly underweight upon return but is now doing well and cleared for adoption. He is currently being treated for a mild upper respiratory infection (CIRDC) with medication.🧠 Behavior Determination: Level 2Mojo Jojo is a sweet, high-energy pup with a few quirks. He's been known to guard his toys and can get a little anxious at times, but he's incredibly affectionate and eager to please.
