Spunky

My story

Hi, my name is Spunky. I am a very handsome black and white male two-year-old cat. I have been neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated. My brother Patches and I were adopted together when we were kittens. Just recently, our family found our human sister was allergic to us. We are both confused by this change as we have been part of the family for two years. :-( Luckily, our original foster mom took us back in, and she and the rescue are helping us find our forever home. I am a quiet and gentle giant. I love having my head and neck scratched and will lean into my foster's hand to get more pets. I would love a quiet home where I can lay by the sunny window or in a cat tree enjoy my human's pets. Because I have medium-length hair, it would be best to brush me often to keep me from getting knots. My brother, Patches, and I are very bonded and need to be adopted together. I grew up in a home with a cat-friendly dog, so I should do okay with a calmer, cat-friendly dog. I should also do okay with calmer cats. As far as children, I am not a fan of sudden movements, so I think I would like older children over really young children.
