Turkey

My story

This handsome fella is Turkey.  Turkey has been with us for over 4 months and we're finally thinking he might be ready to find his furever home. He came in with a group of 11 cats in November and he is one of 2 left to be adopted (Thomas being the other). Turkey's perfect home will have at least another outgoing, social cat in it. He gets along great with other cats and he's come out of his shell more since we moved some energetic social butterflies to his space.  His perfect owner will be one that is going to be patient and give him the time to adjust. We preach the 3-3-3 rule to all adopters, however this sweet boy is likely going to need longer than that. Someday, he may be the cat that sits next to you or on your lap while you hang out, but at this time, he's more of a loner. He loves cat trees. He would love a hammock in a window so he can sunbath. If you approach slowly, he will soak up some pets and chin scratches while he's hanging out on the tree.  We know there is that person out there that is a cat whisperer. Or the person that loves a challenge and loves to see each small improvement. Or a person that gets extreme joy in helping out the underdog.
