My story

DOB 20-Aug-2024 Bull is being fostered at one of Toronto Cat Rescue’s pet store partner locations. Please note that if you’re approved to adopt, you’ll need to pick them up from the store within 24 hours of being approved. Meet Bull! When Bull feels scared, he tends to shut down—he wasn’t too interested in eating, drinking, or using the litter box at first. This is completely normal, and starting him off in a small, quiet space helps him feel safe. After a few days, his curious nature shined through, and he began exploring his surroundings with more confidence. Bull is a sweet, affectionate boy who’s still learning to trust the world. Found as a stray, little is known about his past, but he’s ready for a fresh start with a patient adopter who will give him the time and space to come out of his shell. While he may be a bit nervous at first, a few gentle chin scratches are all it takes for him to melt into a puddle of purrs. In his foster home, he has made incredible progress and has shown that, once comfortable, he’s a total cuddle bug. Bull enjoys the company of other cats and would thrive with a friendly feline companion who wants to play and run around with him. While he hasn’t been tested with children, he would do best in a calm home where he can build trust at his own pace. Some of Bull’s favorite things include catnip toys, wand toys, and a cozy window perch where he can watch the world go by—or take a nap in the sun. He also loves having little hideaways, so a covered cat bed or a blanket-filled box would be perfect for him. Bull is a gentle, well-behaved boy who will flourish with love and patience. Every day, he grows a little braver and watching him discover the joys of a safe and loving home is truly rewarding. With time, patience, and love, Bull will blossom into the perfect companion—ready to fill your home with warmth, cuddles, and purrs.
