My story

    Hello! My name is Froggy Rascal. I may not look like much at 4.5 months old, and only 7 pounds,  but I have a huge personality and a “won’t back down attitude.” Even though I'm small I get along great with big and little dogs, and dog-savvy cats. My foster parents have two cats, and I keep asking (barking at) them to play with me, but I’m told they must not like dogs.  I was rescued from a hoarding case with over 70 little dogs like me. It was cramped and smelly, but I was used to having lots of dogs around to play with me. And because I love to play so much, I would thrive best in a home with another puppy friend. ” My brother and I were lucky enough to get rescued into a foster home where we were  learning how to be perfect puppies. Toys, frequent naps on a cozy lap, and treats are now my favorite things! And I get treats a lot because I’m so good at using potty pads and even going outside.   I’m ready to start looking for my forever family now.
