My story

No yard? No problem for handsome Harley. This gentleman is perfectly happy to join you for a walk to see the sights and do his business. Harley is 13 year old Yorkie mix, he weighs in at a robust 19 lbs. He is neutered, heartworm negative, and up-to-date on vaccines and monthly preventatives. Harley is a gentle and affectionate pup who enjoys people and dogs. Like a true terrier, he can be a bit quiet and reserved while he gets to know people. Once he trusts you, you'll see that he's an easy going happy boy who likes couch cuddles Harley's foster has reported that he is an adorable pup and has been an excellent house guest. He's not particularly interested in toys. At night he's happy to sleep in his own bed. He is doing great with house training, he lets you know when he needs to go to outside to use the bathroom. Harley's handsomeness helped him bamboozle extra food and treats before he came to Fawn's. He is looking for a fitness friend who can take him on walks and help with his food choices. He can still have treats and tasty food, he also needs to exercise. His current foster is doing an excellent job and he has already lost a pound. Harley would be a great dog for someone living in an apartment or condo who prefers to walk their dog. He does not require a yard. He is being fostered in a condo in a similar situation and is doing great. Harley would thrive in any home, as long as he gets the attention and top-tier snuggles he deserves. He enjoys walking with his neighborhood doggie friends, he also revels in being the only dog in his foster home. With appropriate introductions we feel Harley could happily live with other dogs, cats, and children over 12+.
