My story

Say hello to Sinead, a gentle and resilient pup who's been through a lot — and is still full of love to give. This medium-energy sweetheart is recovering from health challenges, including heartworm treatment, but she hasn’t let that dim her spirit or her love for life. Sinead is a quiet, polite houseguest who’s both house-trained and crate-trained. She’s respectful of her space, free-roams peacefully when left alone, and is content to rest or play with her favorite squeaky toys — often tossing them around solo with an adorable spark of joy. Though still on the mend, Sinead has shown that she’s: •Playful and interested in toys •Sweet and snuggly — she loves cuddling up on the couch and would happily sneak into bed if you'd let her •Friendly with new people and respectful of children (she currently lives with a 5-year-old and is gentle and calm) •Polite with other dogs from a distance and potentially a great match with the right canine companion •She walks well on a loose leash and doesn’t overreact to other dogs. And while she may not know many obedience commands yet, her easygoing nature and affectionate personality make her a joy to be around. If you’re looking for a tender-hearted pup ready to leave her tough days behind and finally be someone’s cherished companion, Sinead is ready to love and be loved.✨ Apply to meet her and help her start the beautiful next chapter she so deserves!

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Sinead, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
