Love

My story

Love spent the first few years of her life caring for a homeless human. That human loved her and she loved him. When her roaming the neighborhood started to become a problem that put her life at risk, he knew he needed to do the selfless thing and find Love a place where she would be safe. Unfortunately we were at capacity with no Room to intake this beautiful girl at the time and then we were told she was pregnant. We went to the area they're were crashing at to get photos of the homeless dogs who needed placement. While we were there we saw Love and her massive belly. It didn't take long for us to notice her behavior and go oh crao, she's in active labor! Here was this 70lb dog about to give birth on the side of the road. We loaded her up in the car and she came home with us despite being at capacity. Hours later in the safety of our rescue building, Love blessed us with Nine beautiful babies. This was on Feb 7. Love has now been here 9 months, along with Crush, her last puppy who has yet to find a home himself. Love is such a wonderful dog just wants to be her humans shadow and watchful eye. She loves her people and will be the best friend you've always wanted. She's great with other dogs once properly introduced (she's not been around small dogs and would need to be the more dominant girl in the home) she's great one leash or even great with her reacll of leash. She's super smart and with proper one on one she could be such a highly trainable dog. Love is estimated to be around 4 years old. Please don't let her spend much longer in the rescue. Come meet her!
