*** Swan & Odette are at The Cat Cafe in downtown San Diego. ***Swan #19574: black & white tuxedo, short hair, spayed female, born approx. 1/1/24Odette #19577: cream/black/white Snowshoe mix, short hair, sp. female, born 9/29/24Cats: **BONDED PAIR** & like othersDogs: possiblyChildren: gentle & kind BACKGROUND: A caretaker who feeds a colony of homeless cats found a newcomer one night: a skinny, dirty, tired, and very pregnant tuxedo cat who was sheltering under a big rig. Swan was cautious but friendly, and was easily taken into foster care where a couple of days later she gave birth to three kittens including Odette.PERSONALITY: Their world is a playground, and it’s full of fun things: stuffed mice, sparkle balls, tall cat trees, tunnels, and interactive wands! They’re fond of crowding together in the highest nest shelf of their tree, even though legs and tails spill over these days. They both like to be brushed and pampered.---Swan is an amazing mom who has continued to devotedly care for her kittens long past when they were weaned… she still lets them comfort-nurse and diligently grooms them. Swan is gentle and sweet-natured; she is super easygoing and not much rocks her boat. Since she is a young kitty herself, she has also become a playmate who enjoys toys and games.---Odette is the most confident of the litter and she is quick to come check out new people and things… it’s adorable when she comes running to greet you! She is curious and self-assured with an upbeat personality… and of course Odette is always ready to play.---Swan and Odette MUST be adopted together.COMPATIBILITY: The girls are good with other cats once introduced. They haven’t been around dogs, though if they are given a proper introduction to a cat-friendly dog we think they have the potential to do well. They have not met any to date, but if children are gentle and kind with them we believe they will return the affection. Will Swan and Odette light up the stage of your heart and home?
