My story

Harley is a beautiful German Shepherd mix who’s officially ready to find her forever family. Her previous owner had to make the difficult decision to rehome her due to asthma and allergies, but now Harley is eager to start a fresh chapter filled with love and happiness. Potty trained, crate trained, and well-mannered, Harley knows several commands and is a joy to be around. She’s friendly with other dogs, adores her toys and people, and is calm and well-behaved when left alone—making her an easy-going companion for many types of homes. Harley also shines in social settings, enjoying meeting new friends, both canine and human. While Harley hasn’t lived with cats and loves chasing squirrels, she’s happiest in a cat-free home. She thrives with doggy friends and would love a family who understands and appreciates her playful yet calm nature. Harley is eligible for our Foster-to-Adopt program, so you can take some time getting to know her in your home before finalizing the adoption.
