My story

FOR ADOPTION: NIMBUS is an absolutely stunning adult male that is estimated to be just under 2 years old. This beautiful boy showed up as a stray in the Witset area and came into our care after no family came forward for him and he was not able to smoothly integrate with the other pets in the home he showed up at. Nimbus is a huge love bug that gets along well with people of all ages. He is a snuggler when the mood strikes and super fun to play with as well. Nimbus is quite large and very playful. We’ve found that he can rub some of the adult cats the wrong way but he pairs really well with other kittens or young and playful cats. Nimbus has been quite reactive in his testing with dogs and would be happiest in a dog free household. Despite being a stray for some time Nimbus is a picky eater and will starve himself instead of eating food he does not like. We’ve found a kibble food that he absolutely loves and are happy to show his new family his food of choice. Nimbus does require some grooming to keep him looking this handsome but he enjoys the experience and it will be good bonding time with his people. Nimbus enjoys exploring his environment and would be happiest indoor only with lots of stimulation, with a catio or indoor outdoor in a safe environment. Nimbus is neutered, vaccinated and up to date on parasite control. If you’ve been looking for a large love bug apply today at www.NWAS.ca for a chance to meet NIMBUS.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Nimbus, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
