My story

Sweetie pie ready for his furever! Hi, I'm Gumbo! I'm a 3-year-old, male 20-pound terrier mix, and I'm looking for a loving home. I was rescued from Ensenada in collab with Keeping Finn on one of their trips. I’m still recovering from some skin issues, so I get medical baths once a week to help with that. I do sometimes mark inside, but I’m mostly potty trained. I’m crate and leash trained. I've had my share of challenges, but I'm a pretty mellow and chill guy. I am a sweet, gentle, and curious guy who just loves to be around people. I crave love and attention, and I'm happiest when I get both! I don’t love being left alone, so I might whine a bit before settling in, but I'm a good boy overall. I love food and am super food motivated, which makes me easy to train. I’ll do just about anything for a treat! I am generally always hungry! ;) I’m great with other dogs and walk calmly by your side on a leash without pulling. I’d love to find a spot in your pack, and I’m okay with kids too! As for cats, I’m curious but might be a little extra around them, so I’m not sure about that just yet. Though I can be a bit active at times, I’m mostly laid-back. Just know that I need company and a little love to feel my best. Can you give me the home I’ve been looking for?
