My story

Here's what my friends at the shelter had to say about me! "Dave is the funniest guy ever. When we first walked up to his kennel he was just sitting alert on his cot staring at us and we couldn’t tell if he was going to be friendly. As soon as he realized I was there for him he immediately ran to the front with tail wags and took my treats sooooo gently like he couldn’t believe I was actually giving him attention. As soon as I got his leash on he trotted out so happy and excited to go outside. He got along GREAT with another female pit and just wanted to play with her the whole time even though he didn’t feel good. When I took him in the run he had the perfect temperament- super friendly but not overly jumpy (unless treats were involved), loved attention but didn’t get anxiety when I walked away. "

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Dave, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
