My story

Here's what my friends at the shelter had to say about me! "I actually found Poppi on the street, she was covered in mud/tar, and pretty dirty. Poor girl looks like she had been on the street for a while. She was extremely thirsty as well! I was on my way to the shelter for a volunteer shift so I brought her in. Prior to getting in my car she was extremely excited, but once she got it, she was very calm. She also let me bathe her and was so good in the bathtub at the shelter. I had to get out whatever was in her coat, and also turned her dingy coat to a nice white coat. We temp tested her like 5x times, only because she was so good, not super interested, but enough for sniffs. We also temp tested her with cats and men because a potential foster asked about that for her. She did great with both! She’s 1-ish so she has a little bit of energy in the runs, but also calms down and is loving. I have taken her out at the shelter a few times and so have other volunteers and they love her!"
