His calm and mild-mannered nature makes him a joy to be around.Arthur spent his first two years as a stray, living on the streets and relying on the kindness of a neighbor for scraps. Despite this challenging start, he remains sweet, loving, and full of hope for the future.Now, he's ready to experience the warmth and love of his very own family. OOTW is providing treatment. His adoption fee is $150. Arthur is neutered and up to date on vaccines.
