My story

Meet Felix – A Gentle Soul with a Heart of Gold Felix is a wise and wonderful senior gentleman, estimated to be around 13 years old. He spent his earlier days living in a cat colony, where a kind feeder noticed his sweet nature and asked us to bring him into rescue. With a tipped ear, we knew Felix had already been neutered—but we made sure he got fully vetted, including vaccines and senior bloodwork, which all came back looking great for his age! Though Felix is a little shy at first, he's incredibly gentle and enjoys being pet once he feels safe. What truly makes him light up, though, is the company of other cats. He absolutely adores his feline friends and can often be found snuggled up with them—he’s a true kitty companion at heart. Felix does have a slightly turned-out back leg, which our vet believes is due to arthritis. He’s now getting monthly Solensia injections to help keep him comfortable, and he's handling it like a champ. Felix is looking for a quiet, loving home to enjoy his golden years—with at least one other cat to keep him company. A feline friend isn’t just a bonus for Felix—it’s a must! He also tested positive for FIV, but as many of you know, that’s no big deal. FIV+ cats can live long, healthy lives and coexist peacefully with non-FIV cats as long as they get along. We’re always happy to answer any questions and bust the myths about FIV. If you have a cozy home and a kind heart (and maybe a cuddle-loving kitty waiting for a friend), Felix might just be the purring companion you’ve been looking for. Felix is neutered, received age-appropriate vaccines and deworming, and is microchipped (free lifetime registration with adoption).
