Murphy

My story

Murphy was adopted as a puppy from a shelter, but when his owners died their kids didn't want him. It's hard to imagine why someone wouldn't want this sweet, loving boy. Murphy is so chill and easy. He never barks. He gets along great with other dogs, showing polite friendly interest when they meet but then doing his own thing. He'd probably do great with cats, too, and is easy going with all people. Murphy is easy to walk, just ambling along at an easy pace and occasionally stopping to sniff. He ignores other dogs, people, squirrels, bikes, etc when he's on leash. He loves to go for walks, but doesn't need to go for miles. A short walk around the block and he's happy. Murphy is house trained and knows how to use a doggy door, but will let you know he wants to go out if you don't have one. This guy is pretty much perfect, he just needs to lose some weight to be his best self.
