Oakley

My story

Update from his foster: Oakley is doing good. He is now house-trained. He walks well on a leash and comes when called. He's starting to come out of his shell and play a little bit. He can be lap protective. But he is easily corrected and I feel he will learn to stop the behavior when given positive redirection. Oakley is a 3-year-old 12-lb owner-surrendered Chiweenie that just wants to sit in your lap all day. He seems to prefer women but with patients and yummy treats, I believe he will learn to be comfortable with Men as well. He does sleep through the night with no accident. Crate trained but prefers the bed to snuggle with you. He does not like to go out in bad weather and will use pee pads. He would enjoy being the only dog because he loves to own his person to himself. But is currently fostered with 3 dogs, 3 cats and gets along well with all of them. Oakley well in the car.
