A GENTLE SOUL WITH A HEART OF GOLD Meet the gorgeous Rocko, a 2 year old neutered male TN Treeing Brindle/cur weighing 60 lbs. His stunning coloring and captivating eyes will surely capture your heart!  Rocko is a gentle boy who thrives on attention and affection. He loves being by your side and enjoys the company of dogs, kids, and people (not cat tested, so we are unsure how he would do with cats). His super chill personality makes him an ideal fit for a relaxed home.  This charming boy is medically up to date, housebroken, and crate trained. Rocko is sure to bring boundless love, joy, and loyalty to his new family. As a small rescue that does not receive government funding or grants, we rely on adoption fees to stay afloat. Adoption fees help cover the following: vaccinations, wellness exams, heartworm/4DX testing, parasite prevention, spay/neuter (age-appropriate), microchipping, transport expenses, and other rescue-related overhead/administrative costs. Paws Rescue League, Inc is an all-inclusive rescue that does NOT only rescue puppies and young, healthy dogs.  We make a point to also rescue seniors, dogs with special needs, moms, and other “less desirable” dogs, knowing that we will likely incur higher veterinary expenses and that these dogs may take longer to get adopted.  As such, an individual adoption fee is not only reimbursing PRL for expenses directly related to that dog, but it is also helping us to continue our mission of taking in dogs that would otherwise be too much of a financial burden to save.
