My story

Hello, my name is: JerryDOB: 03/12/2023Sex/Breed: Neutered male Chihuahua/Dachshund mix Weight: 12 lbsRescued From: Hoarding caseJerry had a rough start to life. He was rescued from an overcrowded shelter after being seized through a hoarding case. The home he lived in was filled with dogs and trash piled up to the ceiling. He was understandably shut down at the scary shelter, but once he had a little time to decompress in foster, he started slowly letting his guard down. Jerry is still building confidence, keeping to himself most of the time. He has always lived with other dogs and will need to have a little dog companion in his forever home. He feels safest with his little buddies. Jerry is still learning to trust and would benefit from a quiet environment. Despite being so nervous, Jerry has been nothing but sweet. We have no doubt he’ll continue to learn and grow with the right family in his corner.All our pets are microchipped, spayed/neutered, and up to date on vaccinations and preventatives.Interested in adopting?
