Duffy

My story

A26164 Duffy is a gray colored, approximately 4-year-old, 11-pound, neutered male, Domestic Long-Haired cat. He entered the shelter as a stray on 03-09-2025 and was altered by our medical staff. Though Duffy started out an extremely shy kittycat at the shelter, he's started showing a more comfortable personality in recent weeks. While he doesn't actively seek your attention, he thoroughly enjoys affection when you give it! Give him a chance and he may just boop your finger when you offer it. Duffy leans into head and ear scratches, closing his eyes and thoroughly enjoying the lovin'. Once comfortable with you, he might even expose his belly! A boy who started off staying in his 'hide box' at the back of his kennel, you'll now find him spending time lounged out on his kennel shelf or cardboard scratcher (but does still enjoy napping in his special box 😊) He's grown a bit more comfortable to being picked up and carried but prefers his known safe places. Duffy will be a loving companion to anyone who will simply give him his chance at Happy-Furever-After 😻
