My story

Crazy where life takes you. I'm Juniper by the way. My journey began when I was left and tied up overnight at a doggie daycare. A man with the best intentions took me in and took me to his home. The problem was he worked long hours. He tried to make arrangements and do the right thing. The human that took care of me in his absence was elderly and also had some health issues. I was a lot, challenging to anyone not prepared for full grown dog that still acts like a puppy. I understand why they surrendered me, although I don't believe they wanted to. That's how I got here, at the Madison Heights Animal Shelter. I'm learning lots of new things here, like not pulling on my lead and not jumping up on people, but sometimes, I can't help myself. I make everyone laugh with my crazy zoomies. I even and try to be a lap dog even though I'm like 30 lbs. So, what do you think? I available if you are willing.
