Marina

My story

Marina is a darling, dainty gal whose personality shows more and more every day. She is around 2 years old and is pretty petite at roughly 45 lbs (trying to gain a little bit more too!). She is FANTASTIC with other dogs but through and through she is a people person. She happily follows you around, jumps up to “hug” you and wants to lay right next to/be such a snuggle bug on the couch. She is a quiet girl, but we have a feeling she has some playfulness in her once she builds confidence after leaving the shelter where she was quite stressed. Marina is great with people and other dogs. She listens SO well. She is smart and knows how to sit. She LOVES her crate and does a great job relaxing/sleeping in there for stretches of time. Marina is great on a leash and definitely enjoys walks but likes to follow it up with a snuggle and nap on the couch - she curls in the most adorable little ball. She has taken slight interest in toys but wouldn’t say she is toy crazy yet - she might just need some time for her personality and confidence to blossom. She is very food motivated and young so she could use a home who is dedicated to continuing her training - she already knows how to sit! As she builds more confidence and gets older, we think regular walks and socialization for her will also be very important. Want to meet this wonderful girl?
