My story

Oh, look who’s caught your eye! Meet Rooster, the ultimate cuddle bug! This lovable pooch is all about kisses and snuggling right up in your lap. Honestly, we’re pretty sure he’d scale mountains just to be with his favorite humans! Rooster aced our doggy tests with flying colors and is guaranteed to have you giggling while your heart does a happy dance. If you`re on the hunt for a pup that’s all about YOU, Rooster is your guy! His mission? To sprinkle joy on everyone’s day! His gentle soul and playful spirit make him a fabulous sidekick for families or solo adventurers who adore a furry friend bursting with love. Rooster truly shines in vibrant environments where he can mingle with people and furry pals alike, spreading his friendly vibes and making buddies wherever he goes. Whether you`re taking a chill stroll around the neighborhood or settling in for a cozy movie night, Rooster will fit right in as long as there’s love in the air!By adopting Rooster, you’re not just giving him a home; you’re gaining a forever friend who’ll fill your life with laughter and joy. Take that first exciting step to make Rooster a part of your family by submitting an adoption application. We can’t wait for you to meet this amazing pup and feel the happiness he brings to everyone around him!Rooster has tested positive for heartworms. HSEC gives heartworm-positive dogs a course of antibiotics. They then receive monthly heartworm prevention, as any dog should. We recommend speaking to your veterinarian before adopting a heartworm-positive dog.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Rooster, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
