My story

Meet Yuzu! 🐾 This sweet and energetic 2-year-old, 30lb Kokoni mix is pure happiness! With his playful personality and friendly nature, he’s eager to become your loyal companion. Yuzu enjoys discovering new spots, whether it's a walk in the park or a game of fetch in the yard, but he prefers avoiding areas with heavy traffic. A suburban home would be ideal for this happy pup! Yuzu is dog-friendly and enjoys playing with his dog friends! When he's not playing, Yuzu absolutely loves to snuggle and get cozy with his humans. Motivated by tasty treats, training sessions with Yuzu are always a fun experience! He’s house trained, crate trained, and currently working on improving his leash manners. While he enjoys relaxing indoors, he’s full of energy and loves to play outside. Yuzu is currently overcoming his fears of city noises, so if adopted into an urban environment, he will need an adopter who is willing to work with him on building his confidence outside.
