What my friends at ACC say about me:My history is a mystery and my friends here do not know much about me yet!I love getting pets and - you guessed it - snuggles!I am excitable and energetic! I will need positive outlets for my energy!I'm ready to learn! I need a patient person who has the time to work on training with me.I would do best in a home without very tiny humans, although I could be open to older human children once I meet them.My foster writes: Quisp is playful and inquisitive. She loves to cuddle and is always ready for belly rubs. She has the cutest ears that have a personality of their own. Like most of us, she's treat motivated and does better with following commands if she knows she'll be rewarded with a treat.
