Meet Kobe Kobe is a one-year-old Lab mix who has already survived more than most. Pulled from a high-kill shelter where his time was running out, this gentle boy is now hoping for the love and safety he’s never truly known. Kobe is sweet, sensitive, and a little shy at first—but give him just a little patience, and you’ll watch him bloom into the most loyal, affectionate companion. He gets along beautifully with other dogs and would thrive in a calm, understanding home where he can feel safe and loved. Kobe doesn’t ask for much—just a warm bed, kind words, and someone to believe in him. In return, he’ll give you his whole heart. Please consider opening yours. Our dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. As a Pep's Pals Rescue direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc). Our adoption fee is $350 plus health certificate and transport (if you are out of state - varies by location). This fee includes all current vaccinations, deworming, microchip (additional $12.99 registration fee required at time of adoption), spay/neuter, and a heartworm test if over 6 months old. All dogs are current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. A health exam will be completed and a health certificate issued by a veterinarian within 10 days of transport.
