Marina

My story

Light snowfall and a timid dog makes for a sad video. Marina, like a lot of dogs, was scared the day she arrived. Her tail was tucked but she was also trying to tuck her entire body into our nook. She craves safety. We are trying to provide that. Marina is coming out of her shell. Her tail doesn't stay tucked when we take her outside anymore. She is blossoming every day. Western Ave. Chicago, IL *The building is open 12-7 daily and adoptions end one hour before closing. All visitors 18 and older must have a government issued ID. *All household members should be present to meet dogs (especially those under 18 and any decision-makers). We recommend and can arrange dog to dog meet and greets for your current dog to meet a potential dog sibling at the shelter. You will need to show proof of up to date rabies vaccination for your dog or dogs. *Slow, cautious, and appropriate introductions are recommended after you allow time for decompression for the shelter dog.
