Zoomies

My story

My foster writes:Zoomies is an energetic 2 year old cat that truly lives up to his name with his entertaining playfulness. Zoomies loves to be scooped up and carried around like the baby he knows he is, and has slept cuddled up right from his first night at his foster home. He can be adorably clingy at times, always following at my feet and curious to be involved in what I'm up to, but is also quite happy to play independently and often creates little obstacle courses for himself, kicking a toy through all the furniture legs. He was brought in to the shelter as a stray but was built to live a cozy indoor life with a family that has as much affection to give as he does.What my friends at ACC say about me:My history is a mystery and my friends here do not know much about me yet!I would appreciate slow introductions to new people and places to help me feel safe.Zoomies tolerates attention and petting but may be fearful or stressed in the shelter, and may be intimidated by small children. He may be a little more independent, and may need time to warm up to his new home. Due to the behaviors seen in the care center, we feel that this cat will do best in an experienced, adult only home.
