My story

Hi, I’m Truvy—a dainty little lady with silky black fur and glowing amber eyes! I may be shy at first, but once I warm up, I’ll be your loyal snuggle buddy and personal shadow. I love playing fetch with my favorite soft toys and will even “supervise” your chores with a series of curious meows. I’m fascinated by water (yes, I’ll come running when I hear the shower!) and I’ll always be nearby when you`re watching the news or relaxing. I get along wonderfully with other cats and enjoy zoomie time with my adult feline friends. I’m super tidy, never scratch furniture, and I love being brushed—just not on my tummy, please!I’ve met one loud, barky dog I wasn’t a fan of, but I might do okay with a calm, respectful pup. I’d thrive in a home with older kids who can appreciate my chatty, playful, and affectionate nature. Oh, and keep an eye out—I’m an expert at sneaking into the garage when no one’s looking!Are you looking for a loving, clever, and slightly sassy sidekick? Let’s meet—I’m Truvy, and I think we’d be perfect together. My adoption fee of $25 includes up-to-date vaccinations, dewormer, and heartworm/flea prevention. Adoptions are by appointment Tuesday through Thursday, Friday and Saturday are walk in from 10-5. Please fill out the online application, and you will be contacted if you are approved and are a good fit for one of our adoptable pets.
