My story

Meet me Saturday 4/26 at the Blackhawk Pet Food Express from 11 am - 3 pm! (11000 Crow Canyon Rd, Danville)Meet Love Note! She is a gentle girl with silky soft fur (even her nose is a little furry) and very pretty coloring. She is very playful and loves toys she can chase. She normally doesn’t seek attention but gladly accepts and appreciates it when given to her and will visit everyone in the room willing to give her adoration. You will be rewarded with loud purrs. She loves chin and neck scratches and likes to be held and will sit on your lap. Her foster family jokes that she might be part dog with her active tail flicks (but not in an aggressive way). She came into foster care a little skittish, but is gaining confidence every day! She would probably do best in a household with adults or older children. Her foster family believes she will be a wonderful companion! Love Note has congestion. A URI panel was run and came back positive for calicivirus. Calicivirus is a contagious upper respiratory virus. Treatment is generally supportive care with antibiotics for secondary infections. No oropharyngeal polyp was found. The congestion does not appear to cause her any discomfort at this time and she is currently not on any medications.
