My story

Hello, potential adopters! I’m Rayo, a spirited and affectionate kitty looking for my forever home. My name means “ray,” and I’m here to brighten your life with my loving and sweet disposition! I live in the cat room and come running to be the first for belly rubs. You’ll find me curling up in a high sunny spot at the shelter but what I really want is to purr contentedly in your lap. I thrive on companionship and will enjoy being part of the family. I love to engage and will always be your little conversationalist! If you’re ready to add a dash of joy to your life, come meet me! Let’s make some unforgettable memories together. Rayo is neutered and has tested positive for FIV which means he has a lower immune system but can live a long happy life on your lap. He is living a completely happy and normal life with other cats but he is so gentle and loving we feel he would do even better in his own home.
