My story

Braveheart is currently in the Adoption Ambassador foster program. Foster families take dogs into their homes that are available for adoption and try to get them adopted. This is what his foster family is saying about him: Braveheart is a sweet, loyal guy who’s ready to find his forever home. This handsome boy is already potty trained—he hasn’t had a single accident in his foster home—and loves his crate, sleeping peacefully through the night for up to 11 hours. He’s currently working on his leash manners and overall confidence, with the help of a private trainer and a dedicated foster family who’s committed to setting him up for success. Braveheart loves people of all ages, including kids, and thrives on human connection. While he’s still a little unsure around other dogs, he’d do best as the only pet in the home, where he can be the center of attention and soak up all the love he deserves.Braveheart is happiest when he’s close to his humans and is the perfect companion for snuggles on the couch or relaxing evenings at home. That said, he also does great when left home alone—he’s content to relax quietly and wait for your return. He enjoys his daily walks and loves to explore the world around him!He already knows basic commands like “sit” and “lie down” and is eager to learn more— he’s a people-pleaser through and through.Braveheart’s journey is just beginning, and he’s a one-of-a-kind dog with a gentle soul and a heart full of love. He has so much affection to share and would flourish in a home where he’s truly valued as part of the family.
