My story

Hi, I’m Jelly! I’m a two-year-old, delightfully plump house hippo looking for a cozy spot to call my own. I’m a low-key kind of gal—no marathons for me, thanks. I’m more into chill car rides, binge-watching the Dog Channel, and catching some Z’s in a sunny spot.My foster says I’m super sweet, a good listener, and I’ve been learning all the rules of polite house life. I’ve even mastered this whole “potty outside” thing like a pro now that I know the routine. I know basic commands, too—just say the word, and I’m ready to show off.One thing to know: I’m not a fan of crates. I’m pretty clever and can wiggle my way out. But don’t worry—I’m trustworthy in the house when you’re away, especially if the Dog Channel’s on!If you’re into snuggles, gentle vibes, and short walks followed by long naps, I might just be your perfect match. Ask how to meet me today!~~~~~The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter is open every day from noon until 6pm (excluding limited holidays/events).
