My story

Run, don't walk, to meet the marvelous Poppy! At 15 lbs of diluted ginger fluff, she’s the perfect mix of independent and affectionate—happy to lounge in sunny spots, enjoy chin scratches, and keep an eye on the world from a cozy window perch. Easygoing and gentle, Poppy gets along well with dogs and would love a peaceful home where she can relax and soak up the love. She’s spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, and has had dental work done—she's all ready to settle in with her forever family. She also had a mass on her hip removed that ended up being cancerous. However, we were told that kind of mass will not spread to other areas of her body. She has a clean bill of health! We believe Poppy was born around 1-5-2016. It is fostered in a private home in Lincoln. The adoption fee is $125 which covers age appropriate vaccines and dewormings, a microchip, FIV/FeLV testing, and a spay/neuter. The adoption fee helps cover the cost of these vetting procedures. After you have submitted an application and been approved, we will set up a meet and greet between you and the kitten/cat.
