My story

Hi, I'm Sunny-and while my name might bring to mind warm days and happy skies, I've spent far too much of my young life in the shelter. I've been through a lot already for a dog my age, and though I've handled it all with quiet resilience, it's time I finally get the soft landing I've been waiting for.I'm a sweet, sensitive girl who may take a little time to open up, but once I feel safe, you'll see how much love I've been holding onto. I'm playful in the softest, sweetest way-zooming gently across the yard, wagging my tail with joy, and melting into affection from people I trust. I'm not the kind of dog who demands attention-I'm the kind who quietly hopes for it.I may not jump up and bark for your attention, but I'll be the one who stays close by your side, who looks up at you with calm eyes, and who will be endlessly grateful just to be loved.I'm spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and so ready to leave this place behind and finally experience what it means to be home.
