My story

Jeffrey is retiring from his role as house cat at our local vet hospital.  The workload has become overwhelming and he’s ready to move on.  Jeffrey’s ideal home will be a quiet, older home without cats and young children. Jeffrey is vocal but low energy.  He loves to bird watch.  Jeffrey prefers women.Every PALS cat and kitten has been spayed/neutered, microchipped, tested negative for FeLV/FIV and is up-to-date on vaccinations. A note about kittens: if you are adopting a kitten, they may need to complete their FVRCP (distemper) series and may not be old enough for their rabies vaccination. These essential vaccines will be the responsibility of their new owner. Detailed vet records and a calendar of vaccination due dates will be provided. The PALS Adoption Center, located inside PetSmart at 10 Traders Way in Salem, MA (just off Highland Ave/Rte 107) BY APPOINTMENT ONLY TO APPROVED ADOPTERS.  Adoption applications can be found online at www.palscats.org.  A completed application is not necessarily an approved application. We do ask for written landlord approval if you rent, or proof of home ownership (water bill, etc.) We will also check your vet references.  You will be contacted by our adoption staff once your application has been approved.  Please note it can take up to 48 hours. Our online sites are updated regularly, but we can not guarantee that a cat you see here is still available.
