My story

Age: 2 Years Old Gender: Female Breed: Terrier Mix Weight: 55 lbs Personality: Originally from Ensenada, Mexico, this sweet girl has come a long way from a hard start. Rescued with her puppies from an abusive situation, she’s now in her foster home, building trust and recovering her health. She’s incredibly chill and loves nothing more than cuddles and giving gentle hugs, though she’s still working through a little leftover anxiety from her past. Walks are her favorite, and she’ll do the most adorable happy jumps when she knows it’s time to head out. While she’s not too interested in toys yet, she’s been slowly learning that playtime is safe and fun, especially during short, gentle sessions. She’s attentive, eager to please, and responds well to commands, including waiting patiently for the “okay” before eating. Soft as can be, with a tender heart, she’ll quickly steal yours and become your ultimate cuddle buddy. Education: Crate, leash, and potty trained! Working on some mild leash reactivity. Favorite Activities: Walks are her all time favorite. She loves to sniff around. Looking for: The best home for this sweet girl would be one where she can enjoy a calm, loving environment and plenty of snuggles. She’s incredibly adaptable, having done well in a foster home with other dogs and small children, as well as in her current home with older kids and adults. She’s independent enough to sleep peacefully in her crate, even with the door open. A family that values both her chill demeanor and her love for occasional social time would be ideal—she’d thrive with regular visits or playdates with other friendly pups. Whether it’s a quiet night in or an afternoon stroll, she’s happy as long as she’s part of your world. This gentle girl would do wonderfully as a solo pet or in a home with another dog for companionship.
