My story

Smiley is an XL Bully who came to us last fall when she was found as a stray after clearly being used as a breeding dog for several years. Smiley had a low grade Mast Cell Tumor removed from her hind leg. Thankfully, the pathology report of the follow-up surgery showed that the tumor was removed in its entirety, and she is expected to have a normal life span. Smiley is your typical happy-go-lucky Bully. Smiley has recently shown a dislike of crates, and we have gotten her a special crate, which will come with her as part of the adoption process. Smiley is in a foster home with many other dogs and does well with them. She loves attention, and she wears herself out by chewing on a Kong Wubba. Smiley is spayed, micro-chipped and up-to-date on her shots, and her adoption fee is only $180.00 Smiley is looking for a home, where she will be loved. Adopters must understand the breed. Due to her size, she is not a good fit for a home with small children. XL Bullies are highly sought after breeds, and we will be very selective when it comes to her placement.
