What my friends at ACC say about me:My history is a mystery and my friends here do not know much about me yet!I would appreciate slow introductions to new people and places to help me feel safe.I would do best in a home with only adult humans.I prefer to call the shots and enjoy coming to you when I'm ready for pets.A Volunteer Wrote: Sherry is the softest, sweetest girl! It's impossible not to fall in love with her dear temperament, all gentleness and snuggles. She is fantastic on a leash, walking gamely beside me until it's time for sitting and then she's on my lap, ever so tenderly, hoping for affection. She showed zero reactivity to other dogs out on a walk, appears housetrained, and is so soft-hearted we winced to see that her ears are clipped and realize she has ever known any discomfort beyond finding herself in a shelter.
