My story

My foster writes: Apple Cinnamon can be a love bug at the right home, with patient adults or/and possibly a buddy cat with the similar age and energy to his in the environment where he can run and play. He is a great hunter, with a wand toy with a wire and a little mouse. He can get skittish at times, but acts appropriate as a healthy cat at his age, with curiosity and endless energy. My foster writes: Apple Cinnamon is just trying to find his way in a big scary world and could really use a safe, loving home with some patient people to show him the way. He's not very confident around people and spends a lot of time hiding and running away, especially in the first two weeks. But if you take things slow, you'll be rewarded with an active and playful cat who loves zooming around and playing with wand toys. Apple Cinnamon isn't a big fan of petting (yet), but he shows his affection by laying near you and investigating what the humans are doing in other rooms -- all from a safe distance of course. Give this cute little guy a chance to brighten up your life!A volunteer writes: Apple Cinnamon is so brave, but he's been having a bit of a time lately. Found looking for food and trying to cross a busy street, Apple Cinnamon was brought to us to help him find him forever home. Now, there have been many big and recent changes for Apple Cinnamon and he hasn't much felt like exploring his new normal. When I went to say hello, he politely declined, which is perfectly understandable. It's nice to have some flexibility and independence, the ability to choose what you want to do, when, and with whom and though we try, shelter life isn't always conducive to that. It would be lovely to see him feel comfortable enough to come out of his shell a bit and though it may take some time and patience, it'll definitely be worth it. In the meantime, we're asking you to choose Apple Cinnamon. Primary Color: Brown Tabby Secondary Color: Brown Tiger Weight: 7.7 Age: 3yrs 7mths 3wks

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Apple Cinnamon, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
