My story

Meet Nalu – Your Next Adventure Buddy! Nalu, whose name means “wave” in Hawaiian, is a gentle soul with a heart as deep as the ocean. This sweet and affectionate girl is friendly and has the cutest eye patch!  While she may be a little shy at first and prefers slower introductions, she warms up beautifully with patience and kindness. She is a great dog to take out and about and is not reactive to other dogs. She does prefer to stick with her people and not meet other dogs while on leash. Nalu would do best as an only dog or in a home that can do slow introductions with an easy going resident dog. Nalu is housetrained and crate trained, making her a breeze to have at home. She’s past the puppy stage but still has plenty of playful energy—perfect for a hiking trail or a long walk around the neighborhood.
