My story

Greetings from doggy land.....My name is Stuart and I have been patiently waiting for my forever home... Is it with you?  After my owner couldn’t take care of me any longer, I was lucky to land safely in a wonderful foster home that has given me lots of love and confidence. Now I am asking YOU to step up and make my life complete by making me a true family member again! As a 13 lbs., 7-year-old Chug, I am a long-legged guy with great house manners, enjoy car rides and simply adore morning walks! Bring the harness out and I am ready to go!  I'm quite athletic, love to run and explore so I definitely need a secure, fenced yard. I am a cuddle-bug and would love to be your new best friend.  Although I interact well with the other small dogs in my foster home, I secretly wish to be your one and only pup... I deserve all the love, right? I come with a clean bill of health:  neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and had a doggy dental not long ago.  I'm a charmer... pick me! Stuart's adoption fee of $350 helps the Rescue with medical expenses of more dogs in need.
