My story

Meet Lotus, a 4-year-old ray of sunshine ready to bloom in her forever home! This sweet and friendly girl has been an absolute star on her breaks away from the shelter—she’s a great car companion, a decent leash walker, and a total toy enthusiast who loves to play. Lotus is as gentle as she is happy, taking treats politely and showing off her affectionate side with plenty of belly rub requests. She’s also done wonderfully with kids, making her a fantastic family pup! Lotus can’t wait to find a home where she can share her love, joy, and playful spirit—could that be with you? In her previous home she as reported to be house trained and successfully lived with children from infants to teens.Lotus was able to spend a day away from the shelter recently and here is what they had to say, `Lotus had the best day out of the shelter, and she soaked up every moment! This gorgeous girl is a certified passenger princess, happily riding in the car with her head out the window, taking in the world. She was a perfect park date, walking like a lady on the leash, confidently exploring, and making friends along the way. Lotus adores her toys—she picked out a stuffed one and instantly fell in love! She takes treats gently, knows “sit,” and might even know “shake.” This sweet girl is also a pro snuggler, leaning in for affection, giving the warmest kisses, and rolling over for belly rubs (complete with adorable piggy noises). Her happy tail didn’t stop wagging all day, and she showed signs of being house-trained. Lotus is truly a little flower ready to bloom in a loving home!`Lotus was love to meet any potential canine siblings before heading home to ensure they are a great match! She is spayed, microchipped, up to date on her vaccinations, and ready for her forever home!
