My story

Meet Bruschetta, a big, beautiful brindle with the sweetest personality! This 4-year-old, 68lb girl is full of love and ready to find her forever family. She adores people, loves belly rubs, and can’t get enough of her toys—especially tennis balls! Bruschetta previously lived in an apartment and, according to someone who knew her before she arrived at the shelter, she is housetrained. She has lived with another dog, though here at the shelter she can be a bit selective with new dog friends, so slow introductions will be important.While the noisy shelter environment can feel overwhelming for her at times, Bruschetta has been nothing but friendly with staff and our vet team. She’s dreaming of trading in her kennel for a cozy home where she can relax, play, and soak up all the love and attention she deserves. This sweet girl is ready to bust out of here and live her best life—could it be with you?Like all our adult dogs, Bruschetta will need to meet future canine companions before going home. Our shelter staff will lead their introductions in a safe environment to see if they are compatible. At the main campus, you can bring your dog along when you come for adoptions if you like. Bruschetta is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and ready for a loving forever home!Her ADOPTION FEE IS WAIVED! We want all our dogs to have homes as quickly as possible. In an effort to help dogs with longer stays, those who are deteriorating in the shelter environment, or who are harder to place find homes more quickly, the adoption fee for this dog has been waived.
