Location: Charles Town, WV MEET LUNA: - A Beautiful Girl with Southern Charm! With her soft, scruffy fur and soulful eyes, Luna is the perfect teddy bear come to life! Her unique beagle-mix features give her an irresistibly distinctive look that will make you fall in love at first sight. Personality: Luna is the epitome of Southern charm, combining gentle sweetness with playful energy. She's an affectionate soul who believes that life is better with belly rubs and cuddles. Her loving nature shines through in everything she does, from her enthusiastic greetings to her tender moments of companionship. Daily Life & Activities: Nothing makes Luna happier than a good neighborhood stroll or an invigorating hike. She's equally content snuggling on the sofa, making her the perfect balance of active companion and cozy friend. Give her a squeaky plush toy, and you'll see her playful side emerge in full force! Training & Skills: Luna knows her basic commands such as sit and lay down. She is also fully house trained. She's working on her crate training and approaches it with a positive attitude - especially when treats are involved! Background Story: This Southern belle came to Operation Paws for Homes (OPH) after losing her home to a fire. Despite this setback, Luna's spirit remains unbroken, and she's ready to start her next chapter with a loving forever family. Experience Level Needed: Luna would flourish with an experienced dog owner who understands the nuances of working with smart, sensitive dogs. Her new family should be prepared to provide patient, consistent training and lots of love. Please Note: Luna would be best in a home with no other dogs.
